Shipping Orders


We Can Not Ship to:  CA, DE, HI, MA, NJ, NY, OH, OR, WA. Residents of VT, CT, MD, MN, and RI may only order items legal in these states. Shipments to Alaska - Cost of freight is subject to domestic and ocean freight charges. Please allow at least 2 weeks delivery time.

The minimum product purchase amount for shipping orders is $200.00, plus a $15.00 packing and handling fee. Handling fee will be waived for orders over $1,000.00. Our minimum shipping freight charge is $140.00. Freight is priced on an individual order basis. We can only provide you with an estimate of your freight charges. You will be responsible for paying the freight company charges when your shipment arrives. All shipments are sent by common carrier (truck freight). You will need to provide a business address or pick up your order at the nearest freight terminal to you. Please inspect and inventory all pieces in your shipment before signing the delivery receipt with the freight carrier. Note any discrepancies on the delivery receipt and file a claim with the freight carrier if anything is damaged or missing. All prices and freight are subject to change without notice.

The Purchase Agreement  must be filled out completely, signed, and in the possession of Patriotic Fireworks before any orders will be processed or shipped. This form must be accompanied by a legible copy of both the front and back of the credit card being used for payment, and a copy of the cardholder's valid state ID with residency.

Online: To send in your shipping order online, please choose “Ship to me” at the time of check out, filling out all fields. Submit your completed Purchase Agreement  along with a legible copy of both the front and back of the credit card being used for payment, and a copy of the cardholder's valid state ID with residency either by fax (410) 287-9588 or email to shipping@patrioticfireworks.com.

Product Substitutions: We will attempt to contact you if any substitutions are necessary but we reserve the right to substitute any items out of stock with an item of equal or greater value. If you have questions regarding our case packing, please click on Ordering Info, then FAQ. The first question addresses case packing in detail. Your shipping order will normally be processed and shipped within three to five business days upon receipt of your order. The last day we can accept shipping orders to be received by the 4th of July is Monday, June 21st 2021.
